Before-and-after photographs displayed on our website, social media profiles, and marketing materials are genuine photographs of actual clients who have consented to their use. These images are provided solely to illustrate the type of work we perform and the range of results clients may experience.

4. Treatment Suitability & Contraindications

Not all treatments are suitable for all individuals. Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent procedures may contraindicate specific treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose your complete medical history, current medications (including supplements), allergies, and recent treatments at the time of consultation.

Treatments may be declined or modified if our practitioners determine, in their professional judgement, that a treatment is not safe or appropriate for you. Such decisions are made in your best interest.

5. Consultation Requirement

All treatments at Hermosa Hermonia require a prior consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to assess your suitability for the chosen treatment, review your medical history, understand your goals, and explain the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare requirements. You will be asked to sign an informed consent form before any treatment proceeds.

The information provided during the consultation is personalised to your individual circumstances at that time. Changes to your health, medications, or circumstances after the consultation must be disclosed before subsequent treatment sessions.

6. Adverse Reactions & Side Effects

All aesthetic treatments carry a risk of side effects, even when performed correctly and by trained professionals. Common temporary side effects include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or sensitivity at the treatment area. These typically resolve within hours to a few days.

In rare cases, more significant adverse reactions may occur. Hermosa Hermonia will advise you on signs to watch for and what to do if you experience unusual symptoms. In the event of a medical emergency, please call emergency services immediately (Dial 112 in India).

7. Medications & Supplement Interactions

Certain medications and supplements may interact with aesthetic treatments, affect healing, increase bruising risk, or alter outcomes. Medications to disclose include (but are not limited to): blood thinners, isotretinoin (Accutane), topical retinoids, certain antibiotics, immunosuppressants, hormonal treatments, and herbal supplements such as fish oil, garlic, ginkgo, or turmeric.

Our practitioners may advise you to pause certain supplements before treatment. Please do not discontinue any prescribed medication without consulting your treating doctor first.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Hermosa Hermonia, its founder, practitioners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or allergies
• Non-compliance with pre-treatment and aftercare instructions
• Results achieved through treatments performed at other facilities
