These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hermosa Hermonia website and your relationship with us as a client receiving aesthetic and cosmetology services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Hermosa Hermonia is an aesthetic and cosmetology studio operated by Nehha Punia, located at 201 – 2nd floor, Abhishek Premises, New Link Rd, Veera Desai Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400052, India. We provide professional skin, hair, and body aesthetic treatments.

2. Use of This Website

2.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services, book appointments, and contact us. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

3. Appointments & Bookings

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our team. A booking is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation message via WhatsApp, phone call, or email. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

3.2 Consultation Requirement

A consultation is required before receiving any treatment for the first time, or when beginning a new treatment category. The consultation allows us to assess your suitability, discuss the procedure and expected outcomes, and obtain your informed consent. No treatment will be administered without a signed consent form.

3.3 Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. Full charges apply regardless of late arrival by the client.

3.4 Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment if we determine, in our professional judgement, that it is not safe or appropriate for a client. Such decisions are made in the client's best interest.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Repeated no-shows or short-notice cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.

5. Payment

Full payment for services is due on the day of the appointment. We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. Where applicable, treatment packages may require partial advance payment as agreed during consultation.

Prices displayed on our website or shared verbally are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that specific appointment.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not offered for completed services. For specific exceptional circumstances, credit notes may be issued at management's discretion. Full details are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Treatment Results & Medical Disclaimer

All aesthetic treatments produce variable results depending on individual physiology, skin type, lifestyle, and compliance with aftercare instructions. Hermosa Hermonia makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies, and skin or hair conditions at consultation
• Disclose any changes to your health or medications before subsequent treatment sessions
• Follow the pre-treatment and post-treatment (aftercare) instructions provided by our practitioners
• Notify us promptly of any adverse reactions or concerns following treatment
• Treat our staff with respect at all times

Hermosa Hermonia accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients or non-compliance with aftercare instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, treatment descriptions, photography, branding, and design — is the property of Hermosa Hermonia and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent. You may share links to our website for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Before & After Photography

Before-and-after photographs taken during your treatment sessions are owned by Hermosa Hermonia and may be used for clinical records. Use of your photographs for marketing or promotional purposes requires your separate, explicit written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
