Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2025

We understand that plans change. This policy is designed to be fair to all clients while helping us manage our practitioners' schedules effectively. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Standard Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows without prior communication, may incur a cancellation fee.

Notice GivenCancellation Charge
More than 24 hoursNo charge — full reschedule
4 to 24 hours50% of the booked service value
Less than 4 hours / No-show100% of the booked service value

1.2 Repeated Cancellations

Clients who cancel or no-show on two or more occasions may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings. This deposit is applied toward the treatment cost on the day of the appointment.

1.3 Late Arrivals

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule to avoid impacting subsequent clients. The full treatment charge applies regardless of shortened session length due to late arrival.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Completed Treatments

Refunds are not available for treatments that have already been completed and delivered. We invest significant time, clinical expertise, and products in each session, and results are personalised to each client.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We take all feedback seriously and will work with you to address genuine concerns.

2.2 Credit Notes (Exceptional Circumstances)

Credit notes may be issued at management's discretion in the following documented circumstances only:

  • A documented, severe adverse reaction confirmed by our practitioners as caused by a product or protocol error on our part
  • Cancellation due to a verifiable, documented medical emergency (medical certificate required)
  • A service error that we are unable to rectify through re-treatment or correction

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any treatment at Hermosa Hermonia. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.3 Prepaid Packages

Treatment packages (multi-session bundles) are sold at a discounted rate in exchange for upfront commitment. Once a package has commenced (i.e., the first session has been performed), the unused portion is non-refundable.

If you are unable to continue a package due to a documented medical condition that contraindicates the treatment, a credit note for the remaining sessions may be issued at our discretion, to be used toward alternative treatments.

2.4 Deposits

Where a deposit has been collected at the time of booking, the following applies:

  • Deposits are fully applied to your treatment balance on the day of the appointment.
  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment for each treatment session is due at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps)
  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — details available on request
  • Cash

Invoices are provided for all payments. GST, where applicable, is included in the quoted price.

4. Offers & Promotions

Promotional pricing, festival offers, and discounted packages cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotional prices apply only to the specific treatment and session count as stated at the time of the offer. Once an offer expires, the standard price applies.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Credit Note

To cancel an appointment, reschedule, or request a credit note, please contact us as soon as possible through any of the following channels:

Credit note requests must include a brief description of the concern and, where applicable, supporting documentation (medical certificate, photographs).

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Consumer rights under applicable Indian consumer protection legislation are unaffected by this policy.
